We are dedicated to filtering out just what you want to read in the Federal Register and sending just that to your inbox. Several hundred pages of documents are published every day of the week by all the various agencies in the Executive branch of the Federal government in the Federal Register. But because it is so comprehensive many don't even read it. After all, how many want to page through countless numbers of documents from other agencies just to see the handful they are interested in? That's where we come in. By keeping a short list of what you want to see in your 'digest' we send you just that... Our system checks it every morning; our system filters out just what you have asked to see; our system puts that in an email sent to you... With that you don't have to look every day to see if the agency you want to see, we'll alert you to what they publish when they publish.

When you sign up, that is only the first step. Our system signs you up to see everything published. That does have it sent to you rather than having to go and see if you want to read it, but that is only part of what we offer. From there you can tailor that to just what you want in the future.

We want to protect you from having your requests changed by someone else. When you signed up, you set up a username and password. If you forget your username or password, we set up a series of steps in order to log into your account if you forget your password. This backup plan uses your email and the security around it. You first request to have a new password; we send you a response to that request in email. In that response is a link to confirm the request. If you click that confirmation, then our system generates a new password and emails you your username and that new password. With that new password, after you log in you can set it to something you'll remember more easily.

After you log in, the Settings screen shows a table of your existing requests with 'Edit' links to change those requests. Also, there is a link just above the table to 'Add A Request'. Given those two routes, you can set up a very specific and personalized 'digest' for you! When you select to add or edit a request, you specify the same form for entering the request.

When you start typing an entry into agency, the system will show you a list of entries that will match what you type. So when you type 'pipe', it will show you that agencies name. So if you fill in part of an agencies' name, or even the agencies' acronym, you can build a request from there.

Another powerful request, is to just fill in the keyword. With it, if you fill in the keyword, 'Affordable Care Act' you'll receive any publication referencing the Affordable Care Act from any agency!

You can have any number of requests to specify what you want to receive. We roll all the publications that match your requests into one email. We don't duplicate the unique publications (however you will notice some agencies send updates to their publications, so you may see several similar publications...).

You also choose which types of publications: Rules, Proposed Rules, and Notices. You have to have at least one type checked; but any combination of those three is allowed.

We also give members the option to subscribe to a 'no-advertisements' access to the system. See the 'subscribe' button on the settings screen to activate that.
